- Large instruments meet at 12:30 in the west parking lot at Barberton High School.
- Everyone meets at the Gazebo at 1:00.
- Go immediately to the folding chair rack behind the Gazebo. Take one chairback to the audience area and sit on the chair during the Steel Drum Show.
- At the completion of the drum show move immediately to your place in our set.
- DO NOT PLAY YOUR INSTRUMMENT UNTIL WE FINISH MAKING ADJUSTMENTS!
- Please return the chairs to the racks behind the Gazebo at the completions of our show.
