PLEASE KNOW THAT THESE 5;00 T0 6;00 MONDAY REHEARSALS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH DECEMBER 8TH. EACH REHEARSAL IS IMPORTANT!!!!! THANK YOU ALL FOR VOLUNTEERING! I’M EXCITED!!!!!!

Deb Withnell , our chick with the sticks, thought it would be a great idea to come to Thursday’s rehearsal in Halloween colors. Even better if you’re brave enough to wear a costume! Make sure it doesn’t get in the way of your playing though.

Last Minute Reminder

We are starting our preparation for four Holiday Performances this evening! Please bring your parts for CHRISTMAS ON BROADWAY arranged by John Higgins from last year. New Parts for HOLIDAY WISH by Randall Standridge will be distributed this evening.

Holiday Concert Dates: November 16th – Tree Festival; December 2nd – Garfield High School String Only; December 7th – Johnson Methodist Church – December 16th – Western Reserve Masonic Community.

By definition a SUCCESSFUL Summer performance Schedule balances logistical performance with a high impact artistic program to create memorable experience for the audience. WE WILL SET THE STAGE AS YOU ARRIVE. YOU MAY THEN ENJOY THE PARK UNTIL WE WARM UP AT 6:45. PLEASE DO NOT PLAY YOUR INSTRUMENT UNTIL WE HAVE A SHORT WARM UP AND SOUND CHECK AS AN ENSEMBLE.

    POST NUMBER THREE, OCTOBER 1

    UP DATED ARRIVAL AND PERFORMANCE TIMES

    Please arrive as early as possible! I found out this afternoon that parking may become a problem even though we have a reserved parking area. Please aim for arrival as early as 5:00 and definitely before 6;00 if possible. Please do not play your instrument until we warm up at 6:45. Downbeat will be at 7:00. Please understand that we need your chairs and stands as early as possible to finish chair placement on the stage. PLEASE REMEMBER YOUR STAND LIGHTS!
