ONCE DOWNLOADED Open the app
CLICK ON THE SIGN UP LINK
Enter your birthday. Set the year first, then the day and then the month.
Fill in the sign up form
An email will be sent to the address entered in the sign up form above.
Open the email and click on the ACTIVATE ACCOUNT button in the email.
Create a password for your ZOOM account and then hit CONTINUE to complete the sign-up process.
When a meeting is scheduled you will receive an email or text message with a link to sign-in to the meeting.
The app will automatically launch when you click on the meeting invitation link.
MEETING NOTIFICATION
Meeting invitations are sent out in an email or text.
They contain the meeting topic, date, time, sign-in link, meeting ID and password.

The ZOOM app will automatically launch when you click on the Join Zoom Meeting link in the email or text.
You can also attend a meeting by launching the ZOOM app, clicking the JOIN A MEETING button, and entering the Meeting ID number (I would only use this option if the sign-in link does not work).
BEFORE ENTERING THE MEETING THE FOLLOWING THREE PROMPTS SHOULD BE ANSWERED
1. Enter your name and instrument to join the meeting. This will help the host easily identify members for breakout rooms.
2. Click on JOIN WITH VIDEO so that you will be visible to the meeting.
3. Click on CALL USING INTERNET AUDIO to hear others in the meeting.
