Baskets can be brought to practice anytime before July 15th and give to Kathy or Lee. Will need a general description of contents and the dollar value (understand this may not be what we get).
Admission to the gala is by donation. Each donation will get a ticket for a free Beer or Soda.
50/50 Raffle – yes!
Cash/Credit. Please consider having guests bring cash/check. We will have a few credit card processing via mobile phones but may be slow if we have a large crowd.
Needed!!! Volunteers to assist: Entrance, baskets, 50/50, setup/take down and more. Please let Kathy or Lee know you want to help.
