Greetings:
On Sunday, if you have a small or medium size instrument, please park on a side street as close as you can get to the gazebo and walk from there. Be down by the gazebo no later than 1:25. For people with large instruments, please meet at Barberton HS by 12:45 and condense yourselves and your equipment into as few vehicles as possible. We will leave the parking lot at 1:20 and caravan to the gazebo. Below are the driving directions we are to follow. THERE WILL BE CONGESTION NEAR THE GAZEBO because the Akron Symphonic Winds play before us and they also will be parked in that area. This has not been the situation in the past. At 1:30 they should be finished performing and will be clearing out. We will reconfigure the chairs to our liking and warm up ASAP. We will perform from 2:00 to approximately 2:30. We will clear the chairs after our performance.

Go down NORTON AVE to NEWELL
Turn RIGHT on NEWELL
Take NEWELL to HOPOCAN
Turn RIGHT on HOPOCAN
Take HOPOCAN to 7th
Turn LEFT on 7th
7th to WEST PARK AVE.
Turn LEFT on WEST PARK
Take WEST PARK to 6th
We will get further directions when we get to the corner or 6th and West Park.

6:00-8:00 … Run through the Mum Festival program, then Christmas music.
